All prices, offers, and content are subject to change without notice.

3. Payments and Delivery

Digital Products: Full payment is required upfront. Downloads are delivered instantly after successful payment.
Custom Websites: A 50% advance payment is required to begin the project. The remaining amount is due upon completion before delivery.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved processors.

4. Ownership and Licensing

Clients receive full ownership of their purchased templates and custom websites upon full payment.
Reselling, redistributing, or claiming our templates as your own without permission is prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

For custom websites, clients must provide all necessary content (text, images, brand materials) before project commencement.
Failure to provide materials on time may delay the project timeline.
Ongoing maintenance can be offered as a separate paid service.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, visuals, and written materials on this website are protected by copyright under international law and remain the property of Umar Hafeez / Minimal Aesthetics Limited until fully purchased.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, downtime, data loss, or indirect damages caused by the use of our templates or services.
