THE PROBLEM
Stephanie was running and growing a coaching agency through Donnacode Services but had no unified backend to support it. Client onboarding was manual, automations had to be rebuilt from scratch for every new client, and the brand had no consistent visual identity. Scaling without a proper foundation was becoming impossible.
WHAT WE BUILT
We came in as a technical co-partner and built everything from the ground up. A complete GHL agency setup including SaaS plans, pipelines, and sub-account structure. Full automation sequences for onboarding, follow-up, and client management. A logo and brand identity. A support video series so clients could use their own systems without constant calls. And ongoing support that has continued for over a year, including the full business system builds for more than 25 of their coaching clients.
THE RESULT
Donnacode now runs a scalable coaching agency backed by a system that works. Stephanie can onboard new clients consistently, the automations handle the follow-up, and the support video series means her clients are not dependent on constant live support. We have been their technical co-partner for over a year and are still working together today.

I'm Umar. I've spent years inside GoHighLevel building setups for agencies and consultants who needed their systems to actually work, not just look good in a demo.
I got into this because most people in this space talk a lot and build slowly. I wanted to do the opposite. Listen first, build second, and stay until it's right.
Today I work with a small dedicated team. Between us we cover GHL builds, web development, automation, and client support. Every project still comes through me and every setup still gets my attention before it goes out.
My clients tend to say the same things: we're calm, we don't oversell, and we don't disappear once the invoice is paid. That's not a strategy. That's just how we work.
