Who these terms apply to
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Umar Hafeez ("we", "us", "our") and any individual or business ("you", "the client") who engages our services, purchases a template, or books a coaching session through umarhafeez.com or any associated platform.
By engaging our services or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.
Scope of services
All service engagements begin with a discovery call and a written brief. No work starts until the scope, deliverables, and timeline are agreed in writing between both parties.
The scope agreed at the start of a project defines what is included. Anything outside that scope is a separate engagement and will be quoted separately. We will always tell you upfront if a request falls outside what was agreed.
If something is not in the brief, it is not in the project. We protect your budget and our time by being clear about this from the start.
Payment terms
Payment schedules are agreed on a per-project basis and confirmed in writing before work begins. Standard practice is a deposit before work starts with the remaining balance due on completion or at agreed milestones.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun unless we are unable to deliver the agreed scope
- Template purchases are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed
- Coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place
- Coaching sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full
- Ongoing support retainers are billed monthly and require 30 days notice to cancel
Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled. We will always communicate before pausing rather than disappearing without notice.
Revisions and changes
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in the brief. Revisions are changes to work within the original scope. New requirements or changes to the brief after work has started are treated as additional scope and quoted separately.
We do not do unlimited revisions. This is not because we do not care about the result. It is because a clear revision process protects the quality of the work and keeps the project on schedule for both sides.
Client responsibilities
To deliver good work, we need certain things from you. Delays caused by the client not providing required materials, access, or approvals may affect the project timeline. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by missing client input.
- Provide access to all required platforms and accounts before work begins
- Respond to questions and review requests within a reasonable timeframe
- Provide content, copy, images, and branding assets as agreed
- Give clear, consolidated feedback rather than multiple rounds of conflicting notes
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, all deliverables created specifically for you become your property. This includes websites, funnels, automations, logos, and brand assets.
Templates sold through our Etsy store or directly through this website are licensed for your personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or present them as your own original work.
We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you have specifically requested otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
We build and configure systems to the best of our ability based on the brief agreed. We are not responsible for issues that arise from third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel, Showit, Systeme.io, Squarespace, or Wix, changing their features, pricing, or terms of service after delivery.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our work, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. If we terminate a project due to circumstances on our end, any prepaid amounts for work not yet completed will be refunded.
If a client terminates a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any completed work up to the point of termination may be invoiced at the agreed rate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. We would always rather talk it through than escalate.
